3 months agoFast, friendly service and great work. When my screen broke again a few days later (result of my own use), they were incredibly kind and offered a discount with a screen protector. Really appreciate that customer service. Haven’t found that elsewhere in Jersey. Highly recommend.

4 months agoCame in on a whim with a friend of mine who needed to repair a phone screen for someone and.was going out of the country to fix said phone. My friend was able to get the screen he needed at a reasonable price and we ended up chatting with the owner, Peter, for a bit. Super friendly and is open until 8 too! Definitely worth a stop in if you need a phone or tablet repaired or evaluated for repair.

4 months agoAbout a couple months ago I browsed the wed to find some repair places to fix my 10th generation iPad, after traveling over 30mins for jays phone repair I was greeted and when I told them what iPad I had the one guy didn’t know what kinda iPad screen would fit, (btw there’s only one 10th gen iPad) he asked what iPad I had and after I told him he asked me if it was an air. ITS NOT. Before I even gave him my iPad it seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing ,when I gave him my iPad he told me it would take around an hour, which isn’t the problem after coming in after an hour I asked if it was ready and he told me about 45 minutes more , and told me to choose 2 free phon cases which I was pleased about. After coming in a THIRD time I was told to come in and wait till the morning after to come get it which is totally not okay and I was not about to do when they first told me it would only take 1 hour. At this time it had to of been atleast 2 and a half hours I’ve been waiting for my iPad. At first it was only one guy in the shop that didn’t seem to know what he was doing or anything of that matter. When I walked in the 3rd time there was another guy that I think I spoke over the phone with he got my iPad all ready to go and supposedly everything was fine. When I received my iPad the volume was messed up, if I turn my volume to make it would be static and muffled, way worse then before I brought it in. My iPad screen that they were supposed to fix started lifting up off all corners of my screen and eventually cracked down the middle.i was very unpleased from the moment i walked in till the moment i walked out. Overall I do not recommend this place although they were on the cheaper side, there execution wasn’t great.

4 months agoWent in out of convenience after my doctor visit and couldn’t have been more pleased! Had me in and out in 15 minutes, great prices, outstanding customer service, amazing knowledge, and just a great conversation. I look forward to using him again if and when I have any tech needs!

6 months agoPeter did a great job at a fair price. I had a shattered screen on my iphone 11, he replaced it in minutes, added a screen protector and a phone cover all for $149. I highly recommend JS Phone Repair.

7 months agoPeter was fantastic! I Completely shattered the back of my phone a week before i was due for an upgrade. He took my phone right in, fixed it in 40 minutes and it looks brand new. He’s super nice and great to chat with too! Thank you Peter! You’re my go to phone repair!
